Original Painting Willie Nelson and Charley Pride 16x20
This painting captures such an incredible time in country music. I painted this from a photo from a black and white photo of Willie Nelson and Charley Pride at the Soap Creek Saloon in Austin, in 1976. I loved bringing this one to color.
The two had quite a history, with Willie bringing Charley on stage in the 60's when there when country music was primarily white people, and kissed him right on the lips and had him sing. They remained friends and of course Charley went on to have quite a career.
The canvas measures 16x20” and does not require a frame. Original work, that comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Shipping included (US only)
